How do we pick the type of portrait ?
Start by simply confirming if the portrait includes an individual or 2 people. If its an individual portrait, you may proceed to click into “Individual Portrait Painting” and peruse further.
How do I customize the background ?
You may customize the background by choosing 3 colors that are available on our palettes. Do bare in mind that the colors shouldn’t match the colors of the subject’s/portrait’s clothing or skin color to avoid camouflage in colors. Need assistance on confirming you may DM us on social media or drop us an email.
Can portraits be with eyes and nose ?
Sadly, no. We emphasize only on faceless portrait paintings and Canvas Scenery Paintings.
How long for delivery ?
All orders will be made and sent out for delivery within a week from the purchase date. Therefore, in less than 2 weeks item should be delivered to the customer’s given address.
How would the purchase be wrapped ?
All orders will be packed individually in a plain colored box, protected with a fair amount of beautiful colored shredded papers along with free gifts such as fairy lights, either portrait holder or frame and a cute little floral wish card in which customer’s may request for printed writing (wishes) in it for free. Lastly, the box will be tied with a beautiful ribbon (design of ribbon varies).
Is there an option for self pick-up ?
In fact, there is. For self pick-up there is only 2 locations available which is in Subang Jaya and Puchong. Address for self pick-up will only be revealed ones payment is made. Option is provided during checkout, however, you will receive a WhatsApp message directly from Arte’tistic Designs for further updates on pick up details.
Rush order ?
We apologize, but we do not accept rush orders. However, you may contact us directly via social media or email if you would like to order and push for quick service. We will confirm if it is possible to accept your last minute order.
